Our elite competition team is composed of Honors-level dancers already accepted into our Dance Team & MKAM Hip Hop program.

MKAM Hip Hop

Formerly known as Mark Keppel All Male, our hip hop program is open to students of all gender identities wishing to train in advanced-level street dance and hip hop movement genres.

Dance Team

Our flagship dance team program is open to students with intermediate-to-advanced dance movement experience in genres such as contemporary, hip hop, jazz, pom, kick, and more.

The Story of Our Dance Company

The Mark Keppel High School Dance Company boasts 40 national championship titles since 2016. Featuring a balance of instruction in concert dance, acro-dance, and competition dance performance styles, our program integrates diverse dance styles while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. We aim to cultivate creativity, confidence, and lifelong appreciation for dance.

The mission of the Mark Keppel High School dance arts department is to offer dance education, talented instructors, and a nurturing environment… ensuring every student feels valued and inspired to dance while building creative collaboration skills that are valuable beyond high school.
